Unfortunately, the person who was in charge of writing all this nonsense has been boxed up and shipped off to a "program" in Weepah, Nevada to work towards a masters in debt collection.
The search is on for someone who has the ability (and time) to keep this thing from becoming just another dusty outpost along the information superhighway.
